At Astoria Activewear, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are present and the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or exchange.
